Adrian Lal is the chef behind The Gypsy's Lunchbox. He brings to the project 15 years experience dealing with high volume commercial catering. He can meet your every desire from delicious seafood, sliders, BBQ meats and canapes to scrumptious desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth. We can even create a completely vegetarian menu if needed.
Dietary requirements are no problem and we are happy to work with you and your budget to ensure you get the most personalised catering options available. With the amazing produce sourced from the family's properties in Torquay and Ballarat, Victoria and you have the one-of-a-kind catering that you simply will not find elsewhere! The presence of our funky truck will also add a different vibe to your event.

Jess responded really quickly giving us a menu and heaps of options for us to choose from including lighter canapés to heartier mains they also have desserts on offer. We opted a pretty large range and I really emphasised on making sure there was heaps of food and boy did they deliver!
